การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประวัติและผลงานของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น 2) ศึกษาระบบการบริหารจัดการวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น 3) ศึกษารูปแบบการฝึกซ้อมในการแข่งขันของวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น พื้นที่วิจัยได้แก่ โรงเรียนสนามบิน จังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ผู้ควบคุมวง นักร้อง นักดนตรี และนักแสดง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบสังเกต และ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามความมุ่งหมาย และนำเสนอแบบสนทนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) โรงเรียนสนามบิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดขอนแก่น เริ่มก่อตั้ง ในปี พ.ศ. 2550 มีการพัฒนาทักษะของนักดนตรีอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปัจจุบันมีจำนวนสมาชิกเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้วงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบินสามารถเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันวงดนตรีในรายการต่าง ๆ และได้รับรางวัลมากมาย 2) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบิน ในส่วนสำคัญที่สุดคืองบประมาณในการดำเนินงานต่างๆ เพื่อจัดสรรสู่ความสำเร็จได้ 3) วงดนตรีลูกทุ่งโรงเรียนสนามบิน มีขั้นตอนการจัดเวลาฝึกสอนและฝึกซ้อมเป็นอย่างดี โดยมีอาจารย์และรุ่นพี่คอยกำกับดูแลเรื่องทักษะพื้นฐาน และการอ่านโน้ตอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยสรุปงานวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาการฝึกซ้อมวงดนตรีลูกทุ่งได้

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the history and work of the Luk thung band at Sanambin School, Muang District, Khon Kaen Province; 2) to study the management system of the Luk Thung band at Sanambin School, Muang District, Khon Kaen Province; 3) to study the training model. Practicing in the competition of the Luk Thung band at Sanambin School, Muang District, Khon Kaen Province Research areas include airport school Khon Kaen Province The group of informants consisted of Teachers, conductors, singers, musicians, and performers. Tools used in observational research and interview forms. Data analysis was intended. and present an analytical discussion. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Airport School, Muang District, Khon Kaen Province, was established in 2007 with continuous development of musician skills. At present, the number of members is increasing. The airport school’s Luk thung band can participate in band competitions in various programs and receive many awards. 2) The process of managing the airport school Luk thung band. The most important part is the budget for various operations. to be allocated to success. 3) Airport School Royal Thai Folk Music There is a procedure for arranging training and practicing time as well. with teachers and seniors to supervise the basic skills and reading notes closely In conclusion, this research can be used as a guideline for the development of Luk Thung band practice.
